By the end of this one-day course, students will know how to set up any basic project in MS Project. Learn the basics of project management and how they’re implemented in Project, and then create one from scratch.

Skills learned include project planning, distributing schedules, Gantt charts, calendars and reports, and tracking the impact of delays on your project.
