Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule your registration, please use the link provided in your course confirmation email. Clicking that link will allow you to quickly submit a cancellation or change to a new date.
Your cancellation and rescheduling options depend on how your booking was made.
Please review the section that applies to you:
Invoice Booking
To cancel or reschedule without penalty, we must receive at least 3 business days’ notice before your scheduled course date.
If you provide at least 3 business days’ notice, you may reschedule your course, or cancel and choose either a refund, or a credit toward a future course.
If you provide less than 3 business days’ notice, or do not attend, the full course fee applies to the missed course.
- If payment has already been received, it is applied to the missed course.
- If payment has not yet been received, it is still due for the missed course
No refund or credit will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. However, the original registrant may retake the course at no charge, subject to the No-Charge Retake Terms below.
No-Charge Retake Terms
The no-charge retake is subject to all of the following conditions:
- The no-charge retake is available only to the original registrant who missed the course. It cannot be transferred, substituted, reassigned, or used by another person.
- If we already emailed you the PDF course manual before your cancellation or non-attendance, you must retake the same course.
- If we had not yet emailed the PDF course manual, you may choose another available course of the same duration:
- if your original course was half-day, you may choose another half-day course
- if your original course was full-day, you may choose another full-day course
- if you want to switch from a half-day course to a full-day course, the additional fee must be paid
- We reserve the right to discontinue any course at any time without notice. If your original course is no longer offered and you are not eligible to choose an alternative, the no-charge retake will be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to stop offering public courses at any time without notice. If that happens, the no-charge retake will be cancelled.
- All course bookings, including no-charge retakes, are subject to availability and sufficient enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course for any reason, including low enrollment.
- The no-charge retake must be used within one (1) year of the original course date.
- After one year has passed, the no-charge retake expires in full, regardless of the reason it was not used. This includes, without limitation, situations where the course was discontinued, no suitable alternate course was available, public courses were no longer offered, or any other circumstance prevented the retake from being used.
Prepaid Training Tickets Booking
To cancel or reschedule without penalty, we must receive at least 3 business days’ notice before your scheduled course date.
If you provide at least 3 business days’ notice, the Ticket(s) used for the booking will be returned to your organization’s prepaid ticket balance for future use.
- A half-day course returns 1 Ticket
- A full-day course returns 2 Tickets
Returned Tickets are not held for you personally. They go back into your organization’s account and may be used by any eligible person at your organization’s discretion.
If you provide less than 3 business days’ notice, or do not attend, the Ticket(s) used for the booking are used and forfeited for the missed course.
- A half-day course uses and forfeits 1 Ticket
- A full-day course uses and forfeits 2 Tickets
No Ticket(s) will be returned to your organization’s account for late cancellations or no-shows. However, the original registrant may retake the course at no charge, subject to the No-Charge Retake Terms below.

Membership Booking
We ask that members provide at least 3 business days’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a course.
There is no financial penalty for late cancellation or non-attendance under a membership.
However, we strongly encourage members to let us know as soon as possible if they cannot attend. A late cancellation or no-show may prevent another person from getting a seat in that session, including someone else in your own organization.
