To ensure you get the greatest value from your training and help us provide a quality learning experience for everyone, please note the following:
✔ Prerequisite knowledge is required
Each course lists prerequisite knowledge that you must already have. There is no review of prerequisite material during sessions, and instructors assume this knowledge from the outset. Selecting courses that match your current skill level is your responsibility.
✔ Space your courses out
Many courses follow a progressive sequence. Avoid booking courses too close together. You need time to practise and become confident with the material before moving on; otherwise, the course may be of limited value.
✔ Attendance matters
If you are unable to attend a course, please let us know as soon as possible. Three business days’ notice is required in most cases, though any notice is better than none. Your seat may be needed by someone on a waiting list. Please see full cancellation and reschedule policy.
